About these terms

These terms apply to use of this website and to orders for personalised creations. Please read them before paying and keep a copy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you place an order for somebody else, you confirm that you have their permission to provide the information and material used in the creation.

How an order works

Choose a personalised photo or song and pay through Stripe Checkout.
After payment, complete the relevant Jotform with the required instructions and payment reference.
We verify that the payment and form belong to the same valid order, review the request and contact you by email if an important detail is missing.
When accepted and completed, the digital creation is delivered to the email address supplied in the form.

An order is complete for review only when we have received both successful payment and a complete, valid form. Your order is an offer to buy the service. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or begin work. If we cannot accept an order after payment, we will tell you and refund the amount paid.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, access to a working email address and any permissions needed for the material supplied. Please check spam or junk folders.

Personalised AI Character Photo

The current listed price is £9.99. It covers one finished digital image, normally delivered within 3–5 working days after we receive payment and a complete, valid form. One correction is included for an incorrect supplied detail or an obvious visual error. A new concept, pose or style is a new order.

You confirm that you have permission to upload and use the photograph and that the person shown has agreed to its use for this order. Photographs should show one person clearly, without an obstructed face or a distracting background. If the person is under 18, the order must be placed or approved by an adult with parental responsibility.

Personalised AI-Assisted Song

The current listed price is £19.99. It covers one original song of approximately 2–3 minutes, normally delivered as an MP3 within 3–5 working days after we receive payment and a complete, valid form. One correction is included for an incorrect name or supplied factual detail. A different genre, mood, story or substantially rewritten song is a new order.

Your instructions and material

You keep ownership of material you provide. You give us permission to use it only as reasonably needed to assess, produce, deliver and support the order. You confirm that your instructions and material are accurate, lawful, do not infringe another person’s rights and do not contain unnecessary sensitive information.

We may decline or stop and refund a request that we cannot safely or lawfully complete, including requests involving impersonation, fraud, sexual material, hate, harassment, unlawful content or infringement of another person’s rights. A refund may be reduced only where the law allows and work has already been properly supplied.

AI transparency and creative results

These services use generative AI technology under Valentine Silverman’s creative direction. AI-created results can contain visual, lyrical or musical variations. We aim to follow the accepted order details, but exact photographic realism, an exact voice or an exact imitation of another artist is not promised. We may make reasonable creative decisions where the instructions do not specify a detail.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total price shown before payment includes any applicable taxes unless Stripe Checkout clearly states otherwise. There is no physical delivery charge. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

A Stripe receipt confirms payment but does not by itself mean that the creative instructions have been received or the request accepted. The matching order form must also be completed.

Optional support payments

The Support My Work feature allows you to make a voluntary payment in an amount you choose. It is optional, is not a charitable donation, and does not purchase a product, service, benefit or priority. Payments are processed securely by Stripe under its own terms, and we do not receive your full payment-card details.

If you believe a support payment was made in error, please contact info@silvermanstatue.com promptly.

Delivery

Personalised creations are delivered digitally by email, normally within 3–5 working days after successful payment and a complete, valid form are received. The estimate may change if essential information or a replacement photograph is needed, or because of circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will contact you if a material delay is expected.

Delivery is complete when the file is sent to the email address supplied. Please tell us promptly if it does not arrive or cannot be opened.

Cancellations, refunds and problems

If you are a UK consumer, you will usually have a 14-day cancellation period for an online service. Because the website promises delivery within 3–5 working days, you may ask us to begin the personalised work during that period. If you cancel after work has begun, the law may allow us to deduct a proportionate amount for work already supplied. Your cancellation right may end after the service has been fully performed where you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that result.

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. If work has not begun, we will normally cancel and refund the order. Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation right or other statutory right that applies to you.

If a creation is faulty, not delivered, cannot be accessed or is materially different from the accepted order details, contact us at info@silvermanstatue.com. We will provide an appropriate correction, replacement, price reduction or refund where required by UK consumer law. Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Ownership and permitted use

Your purchase includes permission to use the finished creation for personal purposes and ordinary, non-paid social-media sharing. You may not resell it, place it on merchandise, use it in paid advertising, claim a misleading endorsement, use it unlawfully or exploit it commercially without our prior written permission.

The purchase does not transfer ownership of the Silverman Statue or Goldman characters, Silverman Statue branding, website content, production methods, underlying tools or other pre-existing intellectual property. Rights in third-party technology or material remain with their respective owners.

Sharing and possible features

You may tag an official Silverman Statue account when sharing your finished creation. A tag gives us a chance to see it, but does not automatically give us permission to repost or publish it. We will ask for separate permission before featuring a customer creation on our official pages or profiles.

Website, media and external services

Website content is provided for general information. We may update, withdraw or correct it without changing an existing accepted order. Embedded YouTube and Spotify players and links to social media, music services, Stripe, Jotform, WhatsApp, Amazon and other websites are operated by third parties. Their availability and separate terms are outside our control.

Ask Valentine AI assistant

Ask Valentine is an automated AI website assistant provided for general information and convenience. It is not Valentine or another human representative, and it cannot approve bookings, alter orders, issue refunds or make binding commitments. AI replies may occasionally be incomplete or mistaken. Please contact info@silvermanstatue.com for personal assistance or before relying on an answer about an order, payment, complaint or legal right.

A link is not a guarantee that a product is suitable for every person; please check the seller’s description, price, delivery and return terms before buying.

Availability and liability

We use reasonable care to keep the website and order journey available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access to third-party services or embedded content. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect on an accepted order.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Questions and complaints

If you have a question or complaint, email info@silvermanstatue.com with your name, order email and a clear description of the issue. We will review it and respond within a reasonable time. You may also seek independent advice about your consumer rights.

Changes, governing law and courts

We may update these terms for future website use and orders. The version in force when your contract is formed will apply to that order. If any part is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on mandatory protections and bring a claim in the part of the UK where you live.
